Job Summary:
The Account Manager LATAM provides account leadership for designated customers served by Duke Manufacturing in the Latin America region (Mexico, Caribbean, and Latin & South America). This position provides overall sales and customer service for accounts and coordinates technical support as needed to ensure all aspects of the business needs of the customer are met and sales opportunities are identified. Creates and executes a support strategy to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Duke's major accounts in the LATAM region.
Work with franchisees and the customer's buying organization, equipment development team and designated Duke Rep groups as needed to understand needs and establish systems and processes for efficient and effective service in the region. This role is face of Duke for LATAM and serves as the customer liaison within other departments of the company to coordinate needed support for customers. Provide support for sales and marketing programs that introduce new products, and increase share of existing products.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) proficiency required, with understanding of local, regional business cultures and familiarity with logistics and tariff requirements to sell and service equipment within the LATAM region.
Ability to travel 50%+ including domestic and international.
