Customer Care Intern
Job Summary:
Duke Manufacturing has a great opportunity for a student pursuing a Business Administration Degree interested in the Customer Care career path. This position will offer the opportunity to work in a multi-departmental environment including Technical Service, Customer Service, Order Entry, Warranty and more. Students will get the opportunity to assist department heads in the Customer Care Department and learn the core operations of a manufacturing company. Essential Functions:
- Create functional Excel spreadsheets
- Order entry
- Telephone over-flow calls for Warranty and Customer Service

Job Qualifications:
- Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Type a minimum of 30 to 40 w.p.m.
- Education: Must be pursuing a Business Administration or similarly related degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must have excellent oral and written skills in the English language

- Near Vision: The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)

Workplace Environmental Conditions:
Typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
