Assembler 4

CounterCraft is looking for an Assembler 4 for our Assembly team!
This is not your typical job bid. This is a limited promotional opportunity for Assembly employees. The most qualified candidate will be awarded the position/promotion.

What differentiates a Level 4 from other Assemblers?

• Has at least 1 year of experience in Assembly

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of machines, tools, and PPE, including proper usage and safety practices

• Provides training and guidance to team members and new trainees

• Actively participates in KPI board conversations and supports continuous improvement efforts

• Cross-trains in various departments and is flexible to support coverage needs

• Serves as backup lead for the assigned department or area

• Has basic knowledge of welding and electrical components

• Uses hand and power tools safely and correctly

• Must pass the written exam with a score of 75% or higher

• Works independently, takes ownership of their area, and supports team goals
