Associate Process Engineer

You'll help design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce costs. Job Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify areas for improvement.
• Support technical project planning and management, ensuring processes meet company standards.
• Analyze production data and assist in identifying process improvements to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Program digital controls for connected counter platforms and maintain data logs for appliances and job serialization.
• Assist in developing and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in manufacturing processes.

Job Qualifications

1. Experience: 0+ years of experience in process engineering or a related field. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology required. A combination of education and/or relevant experience may be considered.
3. Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Certification or Certified Lean Manufacturing Professional (CLMP) preferred.
4. Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with manufacturing processes preferred.
