Commercial Refrigeration Equipment Call Center Tech

Are you an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Equipment technician looking for an opportunity for an in-house technical call center environment, this position might be for you!

Duke Manufacturing Company is looking for someone with technical commercial refrigeration equipment to join our Customer Care Support team. This position helps troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.

This role will be a good fit for you if:

You have experience as a refrigeration technician with commercial food service equipment

Proficient in customer service abilities including written and verbal communication

• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone
• Strength in technical problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office

Basic Qualifications:

• Technical aptitude in commercial equipment
• Min. 3 years working experience in Commercial Refrigeration - preference in commercial food equipment
