Customer Care Operations Coordinator

As a Customer Care Operations Coordinator you have the opportunity to positively impact Duke's customer experience as you deliver on our customers' needs before, during and after the sale of our products. In this role you have the opportunity to be a part of the quoting, order management, order entry and customer support processes. You will work collaboratively with the team to support the customer and problem solve using root cause analysis and CI thinking.

This position may be a good fit for you if:

  • You are able to balance what's best for the customer with what's best for the company with empathy and compassion you start with the process but open to improvements, you support customer needs in line with Duke's guiding principals - looking for simple and efficient methods, customer validated solutions that solve pain, maximizing ROI with optimized price and cost, use least waste methods, negotiate a win for everyone
  • You like to take personal responsibility and ownership for the work of the team; team player - willing to handle things that you can support even if beyond your normal scope, you have a CI mindset and look for opportunities to fix what bugs you, you are self-aware and have a growth mindset, you are able to set clear and realistic expectations

  • You can work at the pace of the customer able to identify and respond to the customer when they are ready (not over-servicing or under-servicing), able to build relationships with customers and ensure things are handled appropriately
  • You communicate with compassionate directness treating people like you would expect to be treated, able to collaborate and support team members and customers, able to engage with empathy
