Customer Care Technical Support Rep

This role will be a good fit for you if:

• You have a good mechanical / technical aptitude
• You are interested in learning and growing your career in a technical customer service role
• You are a strong communicator both written and verbal communication
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone
• Strength in technical problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• You are ok with a mostly office environment
• Periodic travel to the St. Louis office may be required (for training and/or team events)

Basic Qualifications:

• General Mechanical/Technical aptitude
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work within a team environment
