Design Services Specialist

Duke Manufacturing Company is seeking a Design Services Specialist to join our Customer Care team.

What You'll Do

• Partner with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare quotes and estimates for new and existing products
• Create and modify sales drawings using AutoCAD
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams
• Support product modifications and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate updates clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality across all deliverables

What You Bring

• Experience with 3D CAD (AutoCAD preferred)
• Background in estimating, quoting, or bid preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPICOR experience preferred
• Understanding of freight and logistics processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
