Design Services Specialist

Duke Manufacturing Company is looking for a Design Services Specialist to join our Customer Care team at our St. Louis, Missouri location!

This role will be a good fit for you if you have:

• 3D CAD skills, specifically AutoCAD
• Experience with preparing and proposing bids/estimates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency
• Proficient in EPICOR
• Understanding of freight and logistics processes
• Strong customer negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer management capability
• Ability to prioritize tasks

A typical week might look like:

• Daily check in and communication with team members and management
• Work with customers to determine needs
• Prepare quotes for new and existing products
• Develop sales drawings in AutoCAD
• Work with Product Development, Manufacturing or Engineering to modify existing products or develop new products
• Support continuous improvement activities
• Attend meetings and communicate to team members or customers
