Field Coordinator

CounterCraft was created to address a need expressed by the foodservice industry for innovative, high-end serving counters. Our mission is to become the preferred provider of profitable food service solutions to a select group of prestigious companies and institutions around the world. We are currently looking for a Field Coordinator to join our team! The Field Coordinator is responsible for planning and leading the execution of all jobs and provide support to Supervisors and field crew members.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate all details to administer field services; ensures proper crews, equipment, materials, supplies and other outside resources are lined up to perform jobs.
• Coordinate with customers and the field team on installation schedules and dispatch installers to field
• Field calls from customers to plan logistics of job execution; confirm job dates and set up; research and resolve any last-minute issues
• Dispatches crews to field.
• Provide pre-job support to customers by coordinating the job location (i.e. spotting of equipment on location)
• Liaise between field operations, engineering, and customer to ensure effective, efficient, and safe job operating conditions
• Promote Safety Standards at all times: shop, yard, location and while traveling
• Manage multiple conflicting projects at the same time while keeping details about the jobs straight
• Communicate with general contractors and customers on project progress and enter any updates on Salesforce

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED

Preferred Skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Manufacturing
• Highly organized and strong time management abilities
• 1-3 Years of experience using Salesforce
• 1-3 Years as a Scheduler or Field Coordinator
• Able to work possible overtime
