Job Summary |

Operates various types of equipment as required to complete assigned task or to assist others including but not limited to custodian, grounds, etc. and ensures that all are operated within established safety measures. Maintains custodial, grounds or utility equipment ,to ensure all are within established safety measures. Shipping & Receiving, Facility Fork Truck Operations, & Continuous Improvements support for all buildings and grounds. |
Essential Functions
1. Support Maintenance Request Action items, manage backlog, complete general request tasks
2. Shipping and Receiving including Assembling and disassembling of creates
3. STL facility Continuous Improvement (painting, larger area clean up, etc.)
4. Monthly fire extinguisher, & fire door inspection.
5. Assist in control of Sanitation
6. Relocate office cubicles
7. Assembly of Prototype equipment supporting role
8. Supporting Reliability as required
9. Moving meeting room setups as requirements change
10. Test Kitchen support as required
11. Building Clean up & Janitorial Restocking (Vacuum, mopping, carpet cleanup, equipment cleanup)
12. Primary fork truck duties (Receiving, Duke North, Race Shop, Broadway)
13. Controls Assembly & testing as required
14. Monthly fire extinguisher, & fire door inspection.
15. Monthly HVAC filter replacement and general inspection
16. Snow Removal, & salt sidewalks, maintain outside of building, pick up trash, weed control, Restripe
parking lot as needed.
17. Replace Ceiling tiles, & lighting as required
18. General Pluming repairs
19. Network Cable routing support
20. Vehicle Maintenance
