We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in production, process improvement, quality control, and operations management. The intern will gain valuable industry knowledge while contributing to real projects that support our company's manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily production activities, including assembly, fabrication, and quality control.
- Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and suggesting optimizations.
- Work with engineers and technicians to test, troubleshoot, and refine manufacturing processes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on projects.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is a plus.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
