The Senior Staffing Specialist plays a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent for Duke's manufacturing operations in Sedalia, Missouri. They develop and build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and define ongoing staffing needs. They proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas, talent pools and workforce availability.
