Strategic Account Director

This role develops and manages relationships, sales and projects related to our largest customer, Subway. Provides strategic account management and business development activities with key Subway Corporate stakeholders and the North American franchise communities in close partnership with the VP of Subway Global. Preferred locations: Miami, FL or St. Louis, MO

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with a business/marketing focus.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in business development with documented examples of acquiring and/or maintaining large accounts.
• Experience within the foodservice industry is a plus.
• Able to work comfortably where our customers work which includes test facilities, kitchens, retail locations, and corporate locations.
• Strong negotiating skills and the ability to formulate a solid business plan.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, a team player, and has a desire to grow, based on performance. Individual must have growth potential into Vice President/Value Stream Leader level.
• Strong documented business skills and outstanding communication abilities.
• Effectively manages his/her effort to achieve the highest impact priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office365 suite

Location & Travel:

• Preferred locations: Miami, FL or St. Louis, MO
• Other US metropolitan areas may be considered based on convenience of access to key Subway regions and Duke facilities
• Ability to travel 50%-60% to all regions of the US; major market airport accessibility required
