Job Description: Top Weld Lead

The Lead position assists the Supervisor with ensuring department goals are met by leading and coordinating the activities of team members within the department. They also collaborate with the Supervisor to see that all team members are properly trained, receive regular job performance feedback and work safely. Lead team members coach and support Duke's systems, policies, and procedures upholding its culture of "Your Solutions Partner".

Shift: 5:30am - 4:00pm Tuesdays to Fridays
